Dr. Scott completed a surgical subspecialty fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at Duke University, following an ophthalmology residency at the University of Arizona and medical education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. He specializes in functional and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and face, including eyelid procedures such as upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and surgical lip lifts. He also performs advanced non-surgical treatments including CO₂ laser skin resurfacing, facial fillers, and biostimulators such as Botox®.

Dr. Scott also specializes in cancer reconstruction, tumors of the eye and orbit, blepharospasm, trauma, and all other eyelid disorders.
